INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR DISTRICT 3

As part of Big Horn's Long Range and 4-Year Construction Work Planning we would like to know if you plan on such things as: building a subdivision; adding irrigation motor loads; bin dryers; and commercial/industrial motor loads. Your input will help us best utilize resources and budget for future system upgrades as we design our facilities to incorporate upcoming electric load requirements. The meeting for District 2 will be held on May 21, 2013, from 7:30 am - 10:30 am at the Basin Office which is located at 208 S 5th St.

At investor-owned companies, annual meetings are exclusive occasions for shareholders only. But things are different at Big Horn Rural Electric Company.  As a not-for-profit cooperative, we’re owned by the people we serve—our members like you.

SPRING HOME & GIFT SHOW

The Greybull Recreation District will be hosting a Spring Home & Gift Show at the Asp Community Center. The show will feature home items, decor, health & beauty, foods, and gifts for all occasions. Vendors will offer quality and handcrafted items for Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, Mother's Day, Baby Shower, Father's Day, Anniversary Gifts and more!

The show will be held March 9th, 2013 from 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Make sure to stop in before or after the Annual Meeting!!

Outstanding Capital Credits

Listed below are names of former Big Horn Rural Electric Company members who had capital credit checks mailed to them but did not cash them. In most cases, the checks have been returned by the postal service because it could not locate the members at the address on file. A further search by Big Horn Rural Electric Company personnel has not turned up their whereabouts.

NOTICE OF ADJUSTMENT TO RETAIL RATES

Big Horn Rural Electric Company does hereby provide written notice of a 4.97% wholesale pass-through rate increase from our power supplier Tri-State Generation & Transmission. The retail rate increase is to be effective January 1, 2013. Members may file a written complaint stating their objections to the rate adjustment and requesting a hearing prior to December 10, 2012.  The complaint is to be filed to the office of Big Horn Rural Electric Company at 208 S. 5th Street, Basin, WY 82410.  Pursuant to W.S.
